When we established the Electronic Caddy we did so with three objectives in mind.

The first is to provide our customers with the most reliable carts available, in order to reduce the number of breakdowns experienced by the cart, thereby making your game more enjoyable.

The second objective is to ensure that if your cart becomes disabled, for any reason, to get it in working order as quickly as circumstances allow. Without a doubt, no matter what cart you purchase it will, during its life, requirement maintenance of some type. This is simply the nature of any mechanical/electrical machine.

In order to achieve this second objective we maintain a comprehensive stock of parts for all the carts we sell. If we do not have a part on hand we can acquire it within a forty eight hour period.

Our third objective is to keep our customers aware of the new innovations in the cart development, care of their current carts and accessories, as well as, helping purchasers a cart through the purchasing process.
